TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (”you”) with Jackson Hole Originals, reg. no, 559032-9933 (“Jackson Hole Originals, “us” or “we”) at our website.

Please, read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. These terms and conditions may be updated without prior notification.

1. BUY

When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order is received by Jackson Hole Originals AB. Orders registered before noon on non-holiday weekday will be processed the same day and are normally delivered within 1-4 days within Sweden. International orders may be delivered within 2-7 days. ‘Days’ in this sense is referred to as Monday-Friday.

All purchases are subject to availability and if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for your order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to pay for the goods. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, Jackson Hole Originals will contact you to settle the refund.

If you are under 18 year of age, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. Jackson Hole Originals must be able to determine our customers home address.
We will not accept orders from commercial businesses.

2. PRICES

All prices are presented in Swedish kronor, SEK and include VAT (25%). We reserve the right to make price increases, VAT adjustments and currency changes without prior notification. The full order price, including VAT and delivery charges, will always be displayed before you place your order. We reserve the right, but no liability for printing error, price error, final sales, inventory errors, delivery delays, that may occur to the extent permitted under applicable consumer law.

3. SHIPPING

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over SEK 2 000. PostNord is used for distribution within Sweden. For international customers, the goods will be distributed by the most suitable distribution company, i.e. Schenker, FedEx, UPS, DHL or DSV. We follow the Swedish Law of Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005: 59). Jackson Hole Originals is responsible for transportation of ordered goods to our customers. If you need to return the goods, you are responsible for the return transportation.

4. PAYMENT METODS

You can use the following payment methods when ordering from us:
• Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express
• Klarna

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur due to events beyond our control. For example, when a supplier cannot meet its delivery obligations to us or if the manufacturing process is affected. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You will always be notified if the delivery is delayed. You have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost when goods are delayed.

6. DAMAGED GOODS

When you receive your product, it is important that you check your product immediately. If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@jacksonholeoriginals.com If we conclude that the product is damaged, we will provide you with a new product of the same model, color, and size. If the item has been discontinued, you will instead receive a full refund. If the returned product has no errors or faults, we will send the product back to you.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the products within 30 days after you received your goods. The products must be unused and still in its original packaging. When returning products to us, please use the return form you received together with your ordered product.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds will be paid to the same account you used when you paid for the product and as soon as possible after we have received and accepted the return.

9. NOT COLLECTED PACKAGES

If your package arrives at a distribution point, a notification via email or SMS will be sent to you. You are responsible for entering the correct mobile phone number, address, and email address when you order your product for the distribution company to inform you of arrival date. If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

It is important to us that you feel safe with how we handle your personal data, whether you are a customer in the store or in our web shop, use our social media or provide us with supplies. We take measures to ensure that your personal data is protected and that the processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Jackson Hole Originals AB, no. 559032-9933 is the data controller in relation to the processing of your personal data, unless otherwise is stated.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep that agreement / pledge, shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
