Through carefully selected suppliers and timeless silhouettes, we want to give you more than fashion – we want to give you garments that carry stories, warmth and care, while taking responsibility for the world around us. For us, sustainability is not about trends, but about responsibility: making fewer choices, but better ones, and letting quality, function and care take center stage from the first fiber to the finished garment.
Timeless Swedish design
Jackson Hole Originals was born from an idea of function, quality and timeless style. It all started with our classic leather-yoke down vest, inspired by the vast mountains and expanses of Wyoming.
Since then, the collection has grown with carefully designed garments and accessories that are meant to be combined with each other. Today, we offer collections for the whole year, for both city and nature, everyday and more dressed-up occasions.
Our design philosophy is simple: timeless garments with a long lifespan. Clothes that are used often, age beautifully and last year after year. All design is done in Sweden and all production is done within Europe.
Sustainable in every way
/ Transports are continuously evaluated based on distance, lowest environmental and climate impact.
/ Accessories and labels are produced in Sweden, mainly from waste pieces of high-quality leather.
/ Jersey products are certified in line with Fairtrade Cotton .
/ All production of denim, jersey and linen takes place within Europe (Portugal and Turkey respectively).
/ All knitted products are knitted in Europe, with yarn from healthy sheep. No animals are subjected to what is called mulesing.
/ The leather in the down garments is chrome-free, for the good of the environment but also to ensure good working conditions in the manufacturing process.
Meet our designer Camilla
Camilla is involved in the creation of all new garments for Jackson Hole Originals. The design process can vary depending on what is being developed – but what all garments have in common is the importance of them fitting comfortably, falling nicely and lasting. Each garment undergoes a careful design process where functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand. The common thread is timeless cuts and colors that are easy to combine. The goal is to build a wardrobe that can be used in the long term in the most sustainable way, instead of buying new garments every season.
